It is important to use a good sturdy shipping box when sending your order. When placing your items in the box we recommend using bubble wrap or packing material to protect your memories. Make sure to include a print out of your quote and contact information in the box. You are welcome to use any shipping provider you feel comfortable with, but we recommend one with a tracking service, such as UPS or FedEx.
Once we receive your order it will be processed in 4-5 working days. When your order is complete we will notify you by phone or email that your order is ready to be shipped out. All our transfers are completed at our San Diego CA facility: Your order NEVER leaves our office.
You may pay by credit card over the phone or we can invoice you through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card). After the payment process has been completed your order will ship by UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We will provide a tracking number and arrival date of your order. All orders over $50.00 receive free return shipping.
